My appointment was set for 8:20 Wednesday morning and I wasn't notified that my vehicle hadn't even been looked at until 3PM Wednesday afternoon. All the dianostics people leave for the day at 3:30PM, whic wasn't notified that my vehicle hadn't even been looked at until 3PM Wednesday afternoon. All the dianostics people leave for the day at 3:30PM, which meant that my car wasn't going to be seen until Thursday morning. Thursday morning came and around 10:30 I got a call from Ryan who told me that the part that was needed for my repair was on order and would arrive the following day. I had to work on Friday until 7PM which would've left me without my vehicle till Monday. Fortunately Ryan found the part at another dealer and was able to get the repairs completed. I also would like to voice my displeasure at the $199 diagnostic fee Suntrup charges when O'Reilly Autoparts or Autozone will do it for free. Finally upon check out there was an extra 1% charged to me because I used a credit card to pay for my $1500 repairs. I doubt that I will return now that my vehicle isn't under warranty. Ryan was professional and empathetic during the whole process. More

No one could hear the sound from the steering rack. I heard it every day, so it's frustrating when no one at the dealership can replicate the issue. I was not contacted when my vehicle was ready. I finally called and was told it was completed.
