Tried to give Suntrup some work and they would not call back Called yesterday morning at 9am to get a quote on service work. At 4:30 pm same day I called them back and was told the same thing-too busy and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I asked to leave a message for the service manager. I left a voicemail and as of a day later- No call. I have had work performed here in the past so not sure what the issue is. Good news is that I'm taking to another dealer in the morning for all my needs. No thanks Suntrup. More

Sales and Service the absolute best! I purchased 2 new Nissans on the same day earlier this year from the lovely Amanda Wilkerson at Suntrup South County. We choose to have our vehicles I purchased 2 new Nissans on the same day earlier this year from the lovely Amanda Wilkerson at Suntrup South County. We choose to have our vehicles serviced at the dealership. Amanda has stayed in touch, and always greets us when we come for service. Yesterday I dropped my Murano off for some recall work. One issue was going to result in me not being able to drive my car on vacation in two weeks. Thank the lord for Brian Kelly. He worked me into the schedule and repaired the recall issues so I can use my smart cruise on my trip! I am always pleased with the time it takes for service and the customer service I receive. I would not go elsewhere. Great job Suntrup team. More

pulled a fast one on me had to hook up my truck to see why my check engine light was on. they said because i had an after market locking gas cap , and the warranty wouldn't c had to hook up my truck to see why my check engine light was on. they said because i had an after market locking gas cap , and the warranty wouldn't cover the diagnostic they had to perform to find out what was wrong,then they told me i couldn't get my truck unless i paid them for the cost of the diagnostic ,they refused to send me a bill for$89.00,thank God i had some cash on me or I wouldn't got my truck and i wouldn't be able to go to work. That was really underhanded and I believe against the law what they did to me . I just wonder how many other people they did this to. !!!!! $89.00 dollars- that's the real Nissan that people don't see. this is the new American way, just like our Government. pretty sad if you think abut it. maybe they should not run all the ad saying how the are customer friendly , and use the money to make it a reality , and stop ripping off Americans. Dave could not have been nicer and saved me money I came in to have a recall fix and had my check engine light on. Another mechanic had told me that I had a leak somewhere in the fuel system and it would likely cost $500 to find it. I always go to Dave when I come to the service center. He seems like he likes his job and is always friendly and helpful and always tries to get me the best deal. More
Ridiculous Let me start by saying, the purchase process for this car was top notch; simple and efficient. If only their service department was the same way. I had three requirements for buying a new car and was told all of them would be met by my new Murano. One of these things most important to me was bluetooth connectivity and it was not functioning properly. According to the internet, it seemed to be a pervasive problem with an easy fix, just replace the radio.. Rather than listening to what we tried to tell them what was wrong, they argued and tried to blame first my phone company and then "are you sure you aren't just pushing the wrong buttons Sweety" It took three weeks and them having my car in the shop for four full days for them to come back and say "well, we talked to our regional offices and they said you need a new radio. It will be here in two weeks" Today I called for an oil change appointment and was told "Well, I have an appointment in three weeks or you can just show up, but the wait is usually about 4 hours on a good day." The refusal to listen to car owners, the condescending attitude of those working in the service bays, and the unprofessional demeanor of those working the phones means we likely won't be back. I'll be going to Bommarito or Fusz for future service. More

Wonderful service after the sale I just bought a new pathfinder about a week ago and I had a small item that needed to be fixed. I made an appt for this morning and dropped off my SUV and they gave me a loaner to drive, which was great bc my kids were off school. Michael called me as soon as my SUV was finished and I was able to come and pick it up. I received wonderful service. More
