Danny was very thoughtful. Really appreciated how he listened to what features I wanted and provided excellent service. Really appreciated how he listened to what features I wanted and provided excellent service. More
Danny was very easy and thorough to work with. Easy to talk to and very friendly. Gave me all the info I needed to understand and repeated it when I zoned out. Easy to talk to and very friendly. Gave me all the info I needed to understand and repeated it when I zoned out. More
The dealership as a whole felt extremely disrespectful of my time. It took over 3.5 hours to finish at the dealership on Saturday, after knowing what vehicle I wanted to purchase for the shown price with the first hour. I purchased the vehicle on Saturday, and was told it would be ready by 12pm on the Monday. Extremely poor and rude communication by Zach and the service team, refusing to confirm a pickup type. It was not ready until 5:30PM. I have no interest in any future business with Suntrip after my experience. More

Zach Seiler told us the Nissan Civic $750 promotion was only good if we had a trade-in. After meeting with Zach we went home with the intention of coming back the next day. Before coming back I spoke to Bo only good if we had a trade-in. After meeting with Zach we went home with the intention of coming back the next day. Before coming back I spoke to Bommarito Volkswagen in Hazelwood. They had a blue Taos similar in features and price to your black one. I then called Zach and sent him a buyer's order from Bommarito. Eventually Zach gave us the $750 promotion and the price we offered. When we came back to Suntrup Zach told us he forgot about the $750 promotion. I don't understand why Zach thought we wouldn't remember. It was an insult that made me wonder if he actually thought we wouldn't know we had been lied to. A good salesperson would know that in a situation like this it would have been better if he said nothing about it. We called Zach from home to let him know we would be at the dealership at 1:00. He knew at that time he had a sale. The only thing left was for us to meet a finance manager. We finally got into financing about 3:45. I did have to spend 20 minutes on the phone with Transunion to unlock my credit. That call made us lose our place in line. But that delay was long. While waiting we went to get coffee. There wasn't any in your waiting area. My husband mentioned this to your cashier but 10 minutes later the pot was still empty. Had there been coffee it would have lessened the amount of aggravation from the wait. When the car was delivered Zach needed to put a license plate on the SUV. It took him three times going back inside to get the right size bit for the screw. When we got home I cleane More

If you’re thinking of using this dealership…. .DON’T. Don’t waste your time and money using Zach Seiler as a “salesman”either. For a customer giving a company business and salesperson that makes c .DON’T. Don’t waste your time and money using Zach Seiler as a “salesman”either. For a customer giving a company business and salesperson that makes commission off of my purchase I have never been spoken to in person and through text message the way that I was at this dealership and from this “salesman”. I was told things would be taken care of on a used vehicle that weren’t fixed correctly until I asked to speak to higher management. The vehicle that we purchased went through the dealerships “inspection” and was deemed as road safe. I took the vehicle to a state certified mechanic in my hometown which is over an hour away from the dealerships location. There were multiple things found that wouldn’t pass a state inspection by their qualifications. There was also a mechanics glove found melted to the muffler of the vehicle. The dealership couldn’t explain why that wasn’t found during their own inspection. I was actually told by the sales manager that “you might have picked it up off of the road while driving”. While having conversation with Zach the “salesman” I was told “the dealership has done more than they are required to” and not to “bite the hand that feeds me”. I had to kindly remind him that he just made commission off of my purchase so technically I was feeding him. The vehicle didn’t have an owners manual in it so I requested one. I was told that they don’t give them out anymore but to use Google if I had any issues. I chose this dealership based on the knowledge of the owners daughter(s) Instagram videos about car buying and how women can at times be treated differently during the process. I thought I would no doubt have a great experience. Suntrup VW has unbelievably disappointing. They are rude, pushy and condescending. As a male Zach should be ashamed speaking to a female the way that he did and Ryan the sales manager matched his attitude. I still have things in a written agreement signed by myself and the sales manger that have not be taken care of. As far as the dealership they should be ashamed that they have employees representing their company in this way. More
Overall, it was an ok experience. I will not go out of my way to tell family or friends to go here. The terms differed from what was initially stated. Apr changed from 0 to 0.9 or 1.9 I will not go out of my way to tell family or friends to go here. The terms differed from what was initially stated. Apr changed from 0 to 0.9 or 1.9 as stated upon arrival to 2.9 at signing. Car was not fully pdi completed. There were blue plastic tags hanging from undercarriage and white plastic film around rear hatch. Had 40+ miles on it. The tire monitoring system light was on at approximately 7 miles from the dealer. Tire pressure was 32 on all four tires. I properly inflated them and relearned the light. Could have been caused by massive temp change that occurred previous day. However, I assumed these things were checked before putting my daughter in the car. She bought vehicle on Monday. TPS light same day about 15 minutes after signing. Then on Wednesday while approximately 300 miles from home check engine light has come on. She will be getting it checked in the area she is in when dealer there opens on Friday because it is holiday now. Not sure why check engine light is on at this time. I am hoping it is not due to some lacking pdi procedure. Overall, not happy with my experience with Suntrup Volkswagen at this time. More
