Was highly displeased with the customer service available my contact nikki crisp was more concerned with walking around fiddling with her phone and twirling her hair to be concerned with my tire issues smh. Every time I checked on a status update it was either we've found something else wrong which will cost extra to replace or we are waiting on a part from another dealership that is 4 hours away. All in all do not give superior chevy your time or business go outside of the metro area for a reputable and classy dealership. More

Bad experience I purchased a truck from Superior back in May. It took over 3 months to get my title and paper work so I could pay my sales tax. I tried calling numerous times and could never get a straight answer on my paper work. I lived over 2 hours away from the dealership and had to make at least 4 trips back just to check on the progress before anyone. When I was finally able to talk to a manager he was rude and disinterested. I would not recommend buying from Superior Chevrolet. More
