I re Being a Superior customer for several years now, I have always gotten great customer service from both the sales team and the service department. I recently moved to the Tampa Florida area and decided to look at new cars. After visiting several dealerships, I noticed that each time I would leave feeling like I was an outsider. When I searched Superiors website and noticed that they had what I was looking for, I decided to come back to where I felt like family instead of an outsider. I was able to do all of the financing approval from my home in Florida and once we had everything ready, I drove up to pick up my new car. The paperwork was finished in 30 minutes and I was ready to go. I visited with the sales team and thanked them for a great experience as always. Perfect Timing I met Kameron from Superior Dodge through craigslist when I was looking to purchase a motorcycle. He let me test ride his personal bike and I loved it I met Kameron from Superior Dodge through craigslist when I was looking to purchase a motorcycle. He let me test ride his personal bike and I loved it although I was looking for something a little bit different. Next week, I get a text from Kameron and somehow he gets in exactly what I am looking for. He set me up with a test ride and I ended up purchasing not long after. One thing I can't stand are pesky salesmen who just wanna talk about paperwork and rush to the sale. This was the complete opposite. He was patient, let me weigh my options, and let the sale come to him and I can't thank him enough for how much help he was and still has been. I really appreciate him reaching out to me as soon as they got the product in and I love my new bike. More

Terry Brown went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle, to include looking throughout their system and offer Superior’s team was amazing! The finance department was professional and understanding when it can to our less than ideal credit situation. They worked to get us a great deal and even suggested ways to get us the lowest rate and payment.
