If I could leave a negative star review, I would in a hearbeat. They advertised a truck that was not at all what we purchased and we did not realize that it did not have many features they advertised it hearbeat. They advertised a truck that was not at all what we purchased and we did not realize that it did not have many features they advertised it having until after we secured our own financing so we were locked in and stuck with a truck we are far from pleased with. Then they were unhappy about my husband asking for a 2" inch trailer ball and a 6 way trailer light plug despite giving them full asking price. Then they couldn't even fill up the 20 gallon tank of gas and the sales rep acted like it was a big deal so my husband said xxxx it and left. We absolutely will not be back and do not recommend this dealership at all. You will be better off going somewhere else. Anywhere else has got to be better than this place. Maybe then you'll actually get what's advertised online. More

I would have given them a zero if I could. I was in to get my air shocks replaced after an accident (which involved no mechanical, just cosmetic & suspension damage). My truck was running perfectly after the accident, & at the collision repair shop I initially took it to. After the dealership got it, it suspiciously wouldn’t start. After purging my fuel tank, lines, & spark plugs, it still doesn’t start! They will take no blame I am finally forced to hire a tow truck to take my truck to a reputable mechanic before they ruin anything else! More

Devin at superior was really good to work with. Made the whole process very easy! Only thing is I remember seeing and add saying there was a special that you can get your sales tax paid. I asked about this but was just told I don’t know and then was never mentioned again. My brother just bought a truck from Superior Chevrolet 2 days later which is owned by the same company right next door. They said that there is definitely a promotion right now on Sales tax paid. If your running a promotion why not tell them while they are literally signing to buy a car? Or act like you don’t know when they ask! More

First off let me start out by saying, Dionte Calloway the sales guy was very sweet and helpful, but service not so much at all… Bought a used jeep in January of this year, in February it started having probl sales guy was very sweet and helpful, but service not so much at all… Bought a used jeep in January of this year, in February it started having problems and I had it in the shop for 4 weeks and it had to get a new engine, service was very rude and when I called to check on my vehicle they were very annoyed and acted like they wouldn’t listen to me. Didn’t offer me a rental or anything and my first payment was made and I didn’t even have my vehicle. Fast forward to last week and the car starts acting up again after service just fixing it and transmission was slipping all check engine lights everything was on, take it to service and they were beyond rude and one guy tried to be nice and tell me rest assured if it was a problem they had caused when fixing it a month ago I wouldn’t be charged, then the other guy basically yelled at that guy in front of us and told him to shut up and that he was getting way too deep and didn’t need to be lying to me. We then went to talk to dionte because I wasn’t dealing with the rude service people anymore and when we went to tell him we were talking to him he told us to move our car out of his service shop because he had cars with appointments. Keep in mind it was pouring rain as well.. Needless to say I went to dionte and I got out of that problem jeep which was much easier than having to deal with the people in service again. I will never recommend those service guys to anyone: Very hateful and don’t know how to treat customers!!! More
