Would definitely recommend for sales - Oliver was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - blew every other salesman I dealt with out of the water. Thumbs up for sales. Service- not so much. I made an appointment online for 20K service, it was confirmed, I even replied with a question. Yet when I arrived, I was told my appointment couldn’t be honored because it was “just a 20K service” - essentially a glorified oil change, so had to wait extra 1/2 hr for a turn in the oil change lane. But my glorified oil change still cost almost $200 bucks. Pretty sure I can get that elsewhere for less money & no appointment or wait. More

Was in for a warranty repair. Was completed quickly and communication was good. Although it would have been nice to get a loaner car (was told they do not provide those), I do appreciate the shuttle servic communication was good. On Saturdays, you're not open. Wish you have service then. Had to get oil change and quick checks Also, I was told by the leader person while checking me out to pay that there was a problem with my batt then. I said I just had a new battery installed at different shop five or six months ago (tire plus to let it be known) because they were open on Saturdays (and you were not). The lead said, it's an aftermarket battery and I should have it checked out by whoever sold it to me. However, after I drove away and I went to tires plus and while I was waiting at tires plus. I looked at my Superior Ford work order that I just finished up with. The work order said the battery was good on the document. Ok, what gives??? Anyway, I had Tires plus check the battery out because I told them the Ford Dealer said there is something wrong with the battery. They ran a test on the battery and it checked out. It was perfectly fine. Frustrating to do this and a waste of time. I don't get it. Seems like maybe I was sent there as punishment for not buying a battery from you guys. It also has a longer warranty than Ford's...and again they are open on Sat and they seem honest. I felt stupid having them check the battery out. Went in for a check engine light issue. I felt they did everything they could to keep the cost as low as possible but also gave me options! Very friendly and informative service group. A couple complaints though. It took over 45 min for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. I feel like it shouldn't have took that long considering t complaints though. It took over 45 min for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. I feel like it shouldn't have took that long considering they have all the tools and materials readily available and do numerous of these a day, My other complaint is that they left multiple dirty hand prints inside my truck all over the dash, door handle, and glove compartment where they removed and replace the cabin air filter. The service tech changed the oil and never changes his gloves when working inside the vehicle. More
