Quick lane review Tried getting an oil change 3 times and the wait was over a two hours. They would not let me make a appointment and when I talked about my frustration Tried getting an oil change 3 times and the wait was over a two hours. They would not let me make a appointment and when I talked about my frustration it seemed like that did not care had to drop it off the night before and called first thing in the morning and even that was a struggle the guy said they don’t move cars. The reason why I like going to ford for oil changes is because I bought my car brand new from ford and I just wanted to make sure they were the ones always looking it over. We looked at a couple of trucks before I directed her to one I had found online. After test driving I over heard here discussing with another staff member that I had the online price and she didn't think I would buy. Fortunately for her sale, this truck lived up to my expectations from viewing online and purchased it despite her efforts. More

Quick lube The quick lube was the slowest i have ever seen it, i normally come here because its "quick". The day i arrived i was next in line. 1.5 hours later i The quick lube was the slowest i have ever seen it, i normally come here because its "quick". The day i arrived i was next in line. 1.5 hours later i was done, for just an oil change. The tech working should be reprimanded. While i waited, i often saw him take a few moments to just stand there and do nothing even though there was a line of people behind me and in the other lane. He moved so slow it was painful to watch. Several cars left the waiting line while i waited just over an hour for my car to enter the bay. Once in the bay it took at least 15 minutes for him to even open the hood, and 15 minutes later i was done. I paid $50 for 15 minute service to my vehicle. I received a print out of all the things that should have been checked for a service, however nothing was documented on the printout, or im reading it wrong. It has a bunch of green, yellow, red dots but nothing was circled or highlighted so i have no clue if any of it was checked. Terrible service this time. I have been going here for a few years now. I feel bad for the manager who said it was his second day. I dont know the service guys name so i checked them all below More
