Answer your fricken phone It is impossible to get thru to your office by phone. I called 3 separate times and was on hold for over 15 minutes each time and no one ever answer It is impossible to get thru to your office by phone. I called 3 separate times and was on hold for over 15 minutes each time and no one ever answered my call. You said you fixed my remote starter, you didn’t. Again, no point in calling, no one answers (even though my call is very important to you). It says you can leave a message but doesn’t allow me to. You must be so backed up with recalls that you dont have time for other service appointments. More
