Good group, but Ford limited their abilities I needed to get my truck in for a safety recall and also get a light fixed. They were so booked, that I had to schedule my appointment 1.5 months out I needed to get my truck in for a safety recall and also get a light fixed. They were so booked, that I had to schedule my appointment 1.5 months out--Fine. Since I scheduled the appointment, the fix for the safety recall had been announced to the public by Ford, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to ship the parts out to the dealers to fix the recall. So when I go in for my appointment, they can't fix the recall (nor do the temporary fix initially prescribed since a solution was announced), but they were able to fix my light. They provided me a shuttle to and from my work that day, kept texting me updates on my light fix and the price of it so I was ready for it when I got there. They did a great job, but Ford had their hands tied. Since I was coming in for the safety recall, then maybe they could have reached out to me and told me they didn't have a fix yet and could have rescheduled my appointment for another date when it would be available so that I won't have to wait another month and a half or longer to get my truck in and fixed. More

Salesmen Bill Holm and Oliver Harvey wer I bought a Platinum Expedition Max 2019 with year end discounts and received a fair trade in on my Yukon XL. Salesmen Bill Holm and Oliver Harvey were very up front and made me feel comfortable. General Sales Manager Doug Kimbrel was very nice and worked out the numbers to my satisfaction. Oliver gave me a great run down on the vehicle workings and the closing was quick and smooth. More

Great experience with Derek Jones and Superior Ford I was already an existing “service” client of Superior Ford. I signed up with the Costco Auto Program to look for a second vehicle, with teenager soo I was already an existing “service” client of Superior Ford. I signed up with the Costco Auto Program to look for a second vehicle, with teenager soon driving. I really didn’t know what to expect; however, the minute I started partnering with Derek Jones, it became a fun experience and I ended up trading in my 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat for a brand new, hadn’t been delivered yet, 2019 Ford F-150 Platinum. No pressure sales, no slight or hand, just a fully transparent and fun experience. Next up, the secondary vehicle - dealing with Derek Jones! More
Repair work On August 28,2019, l drove my 2007 Taurus in to Superior Ford for replacement of the starter and fuel filter. Estimate for the work was stated @$675. On August 28,2019, l drove my 2007 Taurus in to Superior Ford for replacement of the starter and fuel filter. Estimate for the work was stated @$675.00 The work itself was done promptly and to my satisfaction. However, the billing for the work totaled a shocking $903. 00 l was then advised the working time totaled 3 hours at a rate of $179.00 per hour I feel the total rate/charges and time spent on this repair were way out of line. As a result, in the future, l will not have any other repair (or service work) on my Ford vehicles done at Superior Ford. Doug Williams More

Excellent service, answered my questions, clarified my options, helped me through all that doggone paperwork. Kevin gave me a great Quick Start and Introduction to all the Key Things I needed to know about the vehicle before I took possession and drove away. I'm generally a conservative driver, I like to focus on the road and traffic, so I don't often smile too much (or frown, or give other jerk drivers the finger, etc.) So when I left the dealership I just focused on driving the F150 like I have the several pickups I have owned before. But when I got clear of traffic and just started to enjoy driving my F150, I did catch myself grinning. I put on about 25 miles before returning home. Thanks to everyone at Superior Ford! Clay B.
