Warranty work needed. I have a 2016 fusion with a 2.5 Ltr engine. I was having problems with the transmission shifting from park to reverse and from drive to reverse. It would clang really loud and jerk the whole car. The found out the problem was the transmission solenoid and fixed it right away. Very good job. Have not had the problem reoccurre since. More

I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Everyone was nice, there was a female sales person who showed us some features on our new car. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome, her desk was right next to Juan’s. The guy who worked with us on our trade in could have been friendlier, I think his name was Doug. Overall he was okay, just needs to smile and come off a little friendlier. He seemed more angry with us about why we wouldn’t want to trade our car. More

Ford Focus I needed a new car. My kids had used Superior Ford in the past with very good luck. I found the car I was interested in on their website so made an a I needed a new car. My kids had used Superior Ford in the past with very good luck. I found the car I was interested in on their website so made an appointment to look at it. The only problem was I was made to wait and wait. They were not busy at all, as several salespeople were wandering around, not busy. Then after all the paperwork was finally signed, the salesperson was showing me how to work everything in the car, things I'd never used before. We discovered the a/c was not working, so I ended up with a loaner for 2 days until they could fix it. By the time (4 hrs later) the non-working a/c was found, the Service Dept had closed. I'm hoping nothing else is wrong with this car as it obviously wasn't checked out before. But I called the salesperson a few days later with a question and she readily explained things. I would definitely recommend Superior Ford in the future. More
Great Service I went to Freeway Ford because it was close to my home. They didn't take me seriously when I told them I was buying new, so I contacted Derek Jones at I went to Freeway Ford because it was close to my home. They didn't take me seriously when I told them I was buying new, so I contacted Derek Jones at Superior. He made time for me and understood what I was looking for. I had three recalls on the vehicle and decided to take it to Freeway Ford and the same thing happen again. They scheduled me a week out for the recalls and once I arrived at 8am and checked in for the repairs. One of the service men came and said I am sorry but we don't have the parts to repair your vehicle. I asked why didn't you call me a day in advance and he stated that the person who made your appointment no longer works us. He said would you like for me to order the parts and reschedule . I said you might want order a lot of parts since its a recall, but you don't have to worry about me because I'm going to Superior Ford of Plymouth MN. More
