Car finishes 15min later. Two aluminum caps on lug nuts missing, and they only explained to me what happened when I asked. The next day my change oil soon light came on. We take our cars here for every oil change and this is on par for almost every trip...... I’ll be looking for a new Ford dealer. More

Good overall only a couple negatives Bought 2015 Ram 1500. Overall I had an excellent experience the only negatives are as follows. This is the only vehicle my wife and I bought that did not come with a full tank of fuel off the lot. Likewise for the Diesel Exaust Fluid. Would’ve been great to have those two topped off. Other than that all staff was friendly and did great work to get me into the truck I wanted. More

We total another vehicle in February of 2019, and decided that we would look for a used Edge. We had specific options that we wanted. We found an Edge with more options than we could have afforded in a new car. Don Castle was our salesman through all 3 of our purchases. We're very happy. More

Do not return calls I had come in for service and you needed to order a part and you were going to contact me when it came in. I had to call you to see if it came in seve I had come in for service and you needed to order a part and you were going to contact me when it came in. I had to call you to see if it came in several weeks later, it had come in. The service department was busy when I called and said they would call me back to set up a time to come in. Two days past so I called you back and set up the appointment, the earliest you could get me in was in 3 weeks at 8am. I was told it was a 2 hour job so I set up a return ride with a friend 11am when I came in at 8am I was told the technician working on my truck does not get in until later and it would be lucky if it be done by noon. To make a long story short you need to work on your communication skills. Not having loaner cars is also a reason I will not be back, I need a car for work. More
