From a $250 repair to over $1000 Bad experience with the Quick Lane service. I had a battery that needed to be replaced and it turned out to be a fiasco. What I had expected to be Bad experience with the Quick Lane service. I had a battery that needed to be replaced and it turned out to be a fiasco. What I had expected to be about $250 for a oil change and battery replacement turned out to be over a thousand. I spoke with Shawn Bechtold about this issue. It is not the fact that it turned out to what it did, but the poor way the Quick Lane team handled the entire experience. They didn't say they were having an issue replacing the batter, took what seemed like a very long time, didnt communicate with me. Then broke the cable and didnt have one, but it would cost about $350 to fix. Gave me a rental car when a snow storm was coming, which was not fun. Next day, the service manager called and said they didnt include labor in the quote, so now add another $350-400. ARGH!!!!! Horrible customer service by Quick Lane. Less than professional communication. But Shawn gave me a free oil change. WHOOO!!!! While your location is convenient, I will drive a long ways to avoid this place. Jay Woodard More

Soo Happy with Derek! I had no idea about leasing. The last time I leased was 10 or more years ago. I questioned comparisons of different bands and they produced a comparis I had no idea about leasing. The last time I leased was 10 or more years ago. I questioned comparisons of different bands and they produced a comparison sheet which was honest of what I got from other vehicles (Honda, Chevy and Dodge) I was really ill with the flu and my sales person was researched my needs and when I got there he had it at the door in no time! Finance took a bit even though it was cut and dry but... He was professionally nice. More
