Recall service I received another recall notice on my truck. I wanted a Saturday morning appointment. I called in on Friday afternoon and he has a slot available. Price Gauging I had a service repair quoted out at $3,700. I drove 2.5 miles down the street to a very reputable automotive repair center. Service Took my 2015 Edge that I purchased New from them in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I needed a new cabin filter and new air filter. I of Took my 2015 Edge that I purchased New from them in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I needed a new cabin filter and new air filter. I of course said yes. Proceeded to drive my car as normal. After 4,000 miles my husband went to check my oil and discovered upon opening the hood that I had driven this entire time with NO air filter. Checked the oil, questionable whether they had actually done an oil change. Makes a person question what they actually did do. When talking to service manager he said it was not possible that the air filter would not have been replaced. Like I was lying. Refused to refund anything, even the air filter they did NOT replace. Talked to Ford and they had me go to a different dealer and have turbos checked, etc. They are telling me that cabin filter also needs to be replaced -- wait, wasn't that just done?? Loved my sales person but very disappointed with service. Will NEVER go there again. More
