GREAT EXPERIENCE I went in expecting to "possibly" get a new car/truck. Wasn't real confident! However, dealer and finance made me feel GREAT. Service With my Escape 3 months out of warranty my phone would not connect, due to no Bluetooth in the car. Stephanie talked me thru a few things to try but I ended up making an appointment to fix it. They went right to work on it in the aisle. They gave me a ride to work and 2 hours later everything was done!! Noisy fan now quiet, all new wiper blades and a helping hand getting my phone connected when I picked it up. Love my car and the folks who help me take care of it!!!! More
