Service writer missed my warranty information (which was printed on the invoice header). As a result, I paid 19.95 for the tire repair which should have been covered. I did not mention the warranty coverage at the time, so I will be sure to do that in the future. Other than that, service was excellent. Oil was changed and air cleaner replaced. More

Fast professional service I had a screw in the side wall of the rear driver side tire. I brought it in late in the day for repair. Great Service Dept I really like this dealership from first buying my CRV to the service department.
