Service writer missed my warranty information (which was printed on the invoice header). As a result, I paid 19.95 for the tire repair which should have been covered. I did not mention the warranty coverage at the time, so I will be sure to do that in the future. Other than that, service was excellent. Oil was changed and air cleaner replaced. More

Fast professional service I had a screw in the side wall of the rear driver side tire. I brought it in late in the day for repair. Superior had a replacement tire in stock and within a short period of time it was replaced and I was on my way. More

Great Service Dept I really like this dealership from first buying my CRV to the service department. I keep my CRV up on all maintenance and may go overboard sometimes o I really like this dealership from first buying my CRV to the service department. I keep my CRV up on all maintenance and may go overboard sometimes on it. The service department is very friendly and courteous. I tell them what I need for service and they abide by that. Also when completed they explain what was completed and recommend future service on my vehicle. I really appreciate that being in customer service myself- nice to have someone that cares now days!!!
