The Customer Service Manager (Mike Daniels) tracked down the part and made arrangements to have the door repaired. Since my spouse had a total knee replacement a week earlier, Mike Daniels personally picked up my car from my home and and returned the vehicle that same day. That's the way to treat a customer!
