Dennis has also been a service rep of ours for years and does a great job. I never feel any dishonesty in the dealership. We purchased an HRV there and have been very happy with it. I attended school with Kevin Woodard who was gracious enough to lend us his own premium vehicle once when our Odyssey was in service. More

Bob provided us information without high pressure sales. We left and checked on other makes of SUV's. We found Bob's information to be accurate and came back to purchase a new CRV. 5 STAR SVC & Holiday WEEKEND! MY daughter and I drove her 2008 civic into the dealership on it's last leg (I had no clue it was so bad) on the Fri before the 4th of July weekend. W MY daughter and I drove her 2008 civic into the dealership on it's last leg (I had no clue it was so bad) on the Fri before the 4th of July weekend. We were fortunate to talk with Dennis! He was Soo helpful and understanding and non judgementel of her waiting so long to get her car in for some help. Her wheel bearings were literally gone. Mechanic said he surprised we made it in at all. In any case, we were not expecting to have it done before the holiday and our appt was scheduled for july5th. Instead, the car was finished THE NEXT DAY! **As soon as the car was picked up daughter noticed a new noise coming from the car so drove back to Superior. Again, Dennis showed that it was just the front liner of the car rubbing on the tire and we were on our way!** I'm very happy with the total experience I had with Superior (Especially Dennis) i have been to superior in the past and will definately be back in the future as we own 3 Hondas!
