When we go through the Express Service our service is completed in a very short period of time. While waiting for our service to be completed we also have an opportunity to talk to the new car manager about the new CR-V models. They found a problem with some front suspension bushings on my nearly 7 year Superior Honda's service department was knowledgeable, fair and honest. They found a problem with some front suspension bushings on my nearly 7 year old vehicle for which Honda had extended the factory warranty to 7 years due to pre-mature failure of the part. Relieved to get this taken care of under warranty. They even found me an extra 5% off coupon for my oil change! Very positive experience!! More
