If I have any questions, no matter how stupid they may sound, they are answered without hesitation. That makes the world of difference to me. Regular 6 Month Servicing I brought in my car for its regular 6 month servicing. The appointment time was observed and the service manager was polite and attentive. The service was performed as scheduled while we shopped at Oak View Mall. The shuttle service was on time. The service manager pointed out to me future maintenance issues to keep in mind. All in all it was an efficient and professional experience. The only negative thing was the technician failed to connect the glove box door properly and I had to bring the car back to have that completed. More
