Superior Nissan

My Car salesman was completely evasive. Never called me back after 7 months of trying to buy with them. When I asked clear questions like "can you explain what added fees are for on top of Never called me back after 7 months of trying to buy with them. I would of course never hear back. Extremely unresponsive as a whole as a dealer and shady in the way they do business. I put a deposit down on a pre-order that never came, the salesman assured me that the deposit was refundable before I put it down. But they snuck it in the contract that we signed that it was non-refundable. I never got the refund back. I went to the dealer and they said they would refund it back to my bank account but it never happened. That was over 3 weeks ago. More

Jacob was very helpful and answered all of our questions, made suggestions and helped us find the car that fit what we were looking for. We easily agreed on a good price (no high pressure sales manager envolved and I'm not easy). After the paperwork was finished, we were introduced to the general manager David Kelley. He made sure we were well taken care of and he said if we needed anything to call him direct. This turned out to be the best car buying experience I have had. They sure lived up to their name.
