Today we went to pick up our daughter's Rogue that was being fixed after being towed in. We finally got the call of what was wrong with it (only AFTER calling and asking what they found) he was given the info of the problem, and then a price for the repair ("$518 and change"). When it was done we went there with our daughter (this was her car) and the invoice was for much more than the amount quoted to us. Additionally, our last name, our street address on the invoice and the zip code ALL had incorrect spellings and information. (They got only the city and state correct). We were initially greeted by sales people, and they got us water, but the sloppy errors in both price change and spelling and entry makes us sure we will never return to any ORR dealership or purchase a Nissan since they are the only Nissan dealer in our town. The irony of seeing the many errors just in our customer name and address was right after they told my husband none there as trouble with English as he was trying to return an incorrectly shipped part. The kind of insinuation of my husband's integrity, the sloppy paperwork and charging more than quoted and approved makes them untrustworthy.

I have 2021 nissan altima i give my car for service ( oil change and tire rotation) every time they did mistake they don’t have proper wheel balancing machine and they do scrathes and broke my alloywheel for me this is the third time happen and they are argue with coustmers afterthat they are changing the pictures and lying and they are trying to blame on us .i strongly recommended dont give your cars for service in frank fletcher nissan ( joplin) and especially service advisor ( steve wright) he is a very very rude with all customers and below and i shares with proofs also so please dont give your cars in frank fletcher nissan
