Lauren Lepse was a life saver. We had been on the road for 3 days. My dash indicated trans fluid was at 197 degrees. We pulled of 84 to look for a Jeep dealer. Lauren was able to get us with a tech. After some time, she came out with good news and bad news. Transmission was ok but we had a leaking water pump. She said they had the parts and time to replace it. We said go for it. She offered us water or soda. She also kept us informed of the progress.
