I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up on time and asked the advisor how long I should expect the work to take. She stated about an hour.and provided a ride to a rest rotation. I showed up on time and asked the advisor how long I should expect the work to take. She stated about an hour.and provided a ride to a restaurant while they worked. After an hour and a half, I walked back to the dealership and found my car in the parking lot. When I inquired if it was ready to go, I was informed they hadn't started yet. I asked why I made an appointment, especially since they advertised a quick lube service. To their credit, they quickly took care of the service I requested and had my vehicle ready to go. To my surprise, they provided the service at NO CHARGE! This was my 2nd visit to this dealership and their work is excellent. They were extremely busy, so the hiccup on my service is understandable. I'll be back, just more aware. More
