After driving the car around for a little less than a month I am satisfied with the car so far. Unfortunately, this dealership has a very unprofessional staff. It was a very a disappointing experience month I am satisfied with the car so far. Unfortunately, this dealership has a very unprofessional staff. It was a very a disappointing experience at Suresky Hyundai in Goshen, NY. The salesperson was absolutely rude. If I did not already put a deposit down, we would have walked out. The person would not answer questions. Just because there is a shortage doesn't mean you can treat people so poorly. We had an appointment. The sales person was not helping us or engaged with us. She actually shushed us when were asking a question and said you need a car right! Proceeded to do paperwork and never answered our questions. Finance Department was not any better. We were told several times we could talk the finance department. We had some questions. Finally, we were able to talk to them and they were also rude. They were not willing to shop for rates. We had wanted to possibly put more money down, but he was so intent on selling the extra coverages we could not get a word in, and then he was rushing us out. Then the person acted like a toddler when we declined the gap insurance. We have purchased several cars over the years from multiple dealers. So this is not our first experience, we will never return. We actually just bought a second vehicle yesterday from a dealer in Connecticut. This dealer was far better and met our expectations. They answered all of our questions, and were kind and thoughtful. I would have liked to have stay in NY for my purchase, but we could not give this dealership another dollar. More
