I leased a car back in January of 2022. I never noticed that the horn didn’t work on the vehicle. Kathryn explained the process to me and ended up calling me to tell me my car was fixed sooner than originally anticipated. Took them only 1.5 hours to replace the horn, since they had the part in stock. I checked out with Sean & he was very friendly. Sean explained that the horn was fixed and told me to call if there are any further issues. I commend Suresky Hyundai for their dedication to great customer service as well as transparency with both the car buying experience as well as service appointments. The employees are great here & it’s always a job well done! More

I was greeted as soon as I got to the service center by a friendly person who told me my service advisor would soon be with me. About one minute later she appeared checked my car asked if I had any prodlems friendly person who told me my service advisor would soon be with me.
