I was in the process of signing a deal for a Tahoe when the dealership decided to change the price. The sticker in the window WAS NOT honored and was literally switched minutes before signing the deal. A c the dealership decided to change the price. I filed a complaint with GM, but they told me the dealership holds the cards on the decision to honor the advertised sticker price. Unfortunately, the dealership decided to take the low road and falsely advertised the price of the vehicle. How can you change the price after the deal?? In addition, the dealership has a $899 fee they impose on every deal. They call it a “Prep fee”. Huh…prep fee?? When questioned they tried to downplay the charge. This fee is on top of their doc fee of $230. So, that’s $1129 in fees? Obviously, I refused to pay it. Simply put, they put their bottom line ahead of the customer. More

Can not say enough about Dennis Joseph at Suski. Great to work with and very pleasant.
