Good morning Mr. Decker. I just wanted to clarify that at no point do we ever charge our customers for using our courtesy loaner vehicles. We use a standard rental form which requires us for insurance purposes to collect your credit card information. I'm sorry you did not want to give this information but this applies to all customers driving one of our cars. There would have been no cost to you.
