Having a Honda vehicle since 1993 and having dealt with this location prior, one would assume it would be less time consuming. This is not a sales issue but having a customers prior history should make it less of a wait. In addition I was disappointed that I didn't receive a promo item (keychain, travel mug) as a Thank you as I did in 2015. Small tokens are reminders to customers for Loyalty. Long time customers should not have to ask. More

Outstanding Returned expiring leased 2015 Civic and swapped into a new 2017 Civic. Chris not only put me in an upgraded model Civic but worked to keep the lease Returned expiring leased 2015 Civic and swapped into a new 2017 Civic. Chris not only put me in an upgraded model Civic but worked to keep the lease amount within a mere few dollars of old lease. Exceptional! He also took immediate care of a minor ding issue with the new car's finish - again exceptional customer care and service.
