Basic tire rotation and oil change. Once a year, I schedule to have this work done before departing north.. A minimum of 2 hours for the last 3 yrears on my 2017 Murano. This year no exc Once a year, I schedule to have this work done before departing north.. A minimum of 2 hours for the last 3 yrears on my 2017 Murano. This year no exception. While waking around waiting for the service to be completed, I have a nice discussion with a couple looking to lease a new Rogue. After 2 hours, the couple drove the car away and I was notified that time that my Murano was completed but would have to wait for them to wash. I declined the offer and paid. No more to add. More

Every time I had an issue, minor or major, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to satisfy my needs! They have excellent vehicles, and an amazing staff! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and service policies! Camille Stone is ALWAYS very friendly and very helpful. Thomas Shatley is an OUTSTANDING Service Advisor. Also, one of my favorite perks is that they ALWAYS have FREE beverages and an excellent assortment of delicious snacks available every time I visit!! More

My only problem is that service removed my house security key which I discovered when I arrived in Sebastian. After several calls, the service department found my house security key and I had to drive all the way back to Nissan. More
