Absolutely loved it. Funny thing is I came in to get my car fixed, but got mistaken for a buyer. Honestly I'm glad they did because I am very happy with my purchase. I had bought my Nissan Sentra from a different dealer and had a very high rate on a 2009. They looked in my paperwork, showed me stuff around, and got me a 2012 car for an amazing price. The staff was friendly, helpful and really worked with me. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a car or who just needs to get their car fixed. Loved it!! Oh and they do have a Spin-wheel full of prizes for their customers, I won a cruise for two..So I'd definitely recommend it! More

He and the parts manager,(George Fata), were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They are fun and friendly bunch. I don't usually use dealers for simple maintenence as they tend to be more expensive. I do however plan to use Sutherlin for ALL my cars needs because the level of customer service here makes it well worth it!! More

I came to this delarship on A FRIDAY evening. Prior to my visit I had conversation with Jorge Mendez about a 2012 Nissan Rogue thay was previously owned with low miles I explanined to Jorge Mendez that I my visit I had conversation with Jorge Mendez about a 2012 Nissan Rogue thay was previously owned with low miles I explanined to Jorge Mendez that I lived in Brevard County and the purpose of my visit was to trade my 2012 Fiat POP 500 Convertible that I had for only 4 monthsin for a larger vehicle that could accomodate me because I'm partial handicap. Jorge seemed to think that was doable. He expressed "we should be able to do that with no problem, when can you come down"? Ihad set an appointment up for Saturday afternoon Nov 17, 2012. As previously mentioned I called Jorge on Nov 16th and told him I would be able to come this evening verse Saturday, at that tume Jorge instructed me to ask for Mike Eddy. Came to the dealership and met MIke Eddy who couldnt have been more helpful and very very accomodating. He took the time to show me the car that I had came in to see and because it did not have blutooth capabilities the car would not work for me. In the interim Mike showed me a 2013 Rogue and I saw a 2102 Pathfinder that I was very interested in becausse of the 7000 rebate. What I'm upset about was that Jorge Mendez decided to raise the price 2000.00 over the sticker price of 33k to 35K+ and wanted 6000 down and a 699.00 payment. Jorge Mendez never bothered to come into Mike Eddys office and speake with me and explained the deal or how he arrived at that price. He just sent Mike Eddy to do the dirty work. He acted like he didnt care and this was the deal take it or leave it! was his attitute!!!! Mike Eddy tried to smooth it over becuase he could tell I was visibly upset. This Manager is a very very poor example of a caring manager. With this experience and how unprofessional and detached this sales manager attitutute I would not recommend this dealership. More

I was recently in the market for a car. The sales guy seemed knowledgeable about the cars. I had mentioned to him that I still wanted to test drive other cars before making my final decision. This seemed to not matter the minute we went inside, the manager started the typical thug-like high pressure tactics. They were practically forcing me to buy the car on the spot, even though I told them I hadn't made my decision. After test driving the other cars I decided to go with the New Altima. I made the purchase at Universal Nissan because they seemed to make my needs more of a priority. The sales guy at Sutherlin Nissan was nice and he did not earn my business because of his manager. More
