While I am pleased with the service completed, I was disappointed by the timeline for the AC repairs. We brought the car in on a Saturday, and were told we'd have an answer/diagnosis the following Monda disappointed by the timeline for the AC repairs. We brought the car in on a Saturday, and were told we'd have an answer/diagnosis the following Monday. That did happen - parts were in hand, repairs done by Tuesday. I had to call Wednesday to ask about progress. Car wasn't ready. Was completed Thursday afternoon. I should not have to call and ask about the status.
