If I could rate this place lower than a one star I would. They lied from the beginning. Back in 2022, we were trading in my nephew's car for a reliable vehicle. The first red flag was a car that was about to They lied from the beginning. Back in 2022, we were trading in my nephew's car for a reliable vehicle. The first red flag was a car that was about to be sold to had been sold to someone else even though we were starting the paper work. Eventually they worked hard to resolve this and offered us a Nissan Rouge. They made me the main owner even though they promised that I would be the cosigner and now flash forward to us becoming aware that they sold us a lemon. The engine is blow and they refuse to cover anything towards it. We had already paid out of our pocket to fix transmissions issues. To make matters worse, they will not let us trade it in for anything affordable. Either we get a repossession on our credit score, buy a new engine or lock into a more expensive car with a $800+ payment. My nephew is a full time student with a part time job and I have my own bills to pay. In what world that a reasonable response to a car that's barely 3 already having so many issues. Buyers beware, go elsewhere. It it not worth being stuck with a business that could not care less about it's customers. More

I took my car in they gave me a diagnosis and a very expensive estimate of course I told them ok fix it after two weeks that I call they tell me they put in the part and that it is still the same now it is the computer I tell them well what you told me it was not put the car back as it was and they answered me that I had to pay for the part they had put in even though the car was the same, I had to pick it up by tow truck just as I brought it and pay them 1400 dollars. They are human garbage !! More
