You shouldn't tell your customers that the diagnostic fee of $185 will be applied toward any service that you receive if at check out your going to tell them that policy does not apply to "safety" services s of $185 will be applied toward any service that you receive if at check out your going to tell them that policy does not apply to "safety" services such as brake replacement. Bait and switch is dishonest and not beneficial if you wish to create repeat customers. More
