Great experience My wife wanted to trade her car in and communicated with Mr. Rosa over the internet and by text and by the end of the day we decided to go to the deal My wife wanted to trade her car in and communicated with Mr. Rosa over the internet and by text and by the end of the day we decided to go to the dealership where we were met by Mr. Rosa, He is a awesome sales person, he started showing us cars that we were interested in, not one or two but many different ones of the same style that we were interested in, it was then getting late and we decided to call it a day and to take time to make a decision what we wanted to do, at that point you would expect the hard sales to start which didn't, he just agree to see us tomorrow.
