Don't buy here Raised advertised price of vehicle quoting "shop fees" once I came in then took back trade agreement. Was going to purchase car anyway until salesman called me telling me to hurry up because there was a line of customers waiting to buy the car despite it being online for 40 days and was being sent to auction due to no interest. Will never return. More

Bait and switch with memory loss Holy smokes ... advertised vehicle on Cars.com for 28,700. Got to dealer to learn the vehicle was 35,000 and they would mark it down to 32. THEN .... THEN .... as per the cars.com discloser ... they attempted to put me in a finance plan at .... this gives me goose bumps ...15% ,, yep 15% for 72 months... because "you have such good credit." After they were confronted with the Cars.com ad ... the sales staff actually tried to pass off the $4000 upcharge as dealer prep. These people are insane. D.Morris More

Buyer Beware of Sutherlin Nissan Had the worst possible experience @ Sutherlin. The words Trust and Honesty don't exist here. Went to buy a car here and after 5. hours was persuaded t Had the worst possible experience @ Sutherlin. The words Trust and Honesty don't exist here. Went to buy a car here and after 5. hours was persuaded to lease. After agreeing on a set price, went to financial office and the gentleman their was not very confident (had to ask for help twice). He went thru lease agreement without really explaining everything. We signed figuring the price numbers where what we agreed upon. Our mistake for not looking everything over with a fine tuned microscope. A week later received in the mail the Lease agreement ...... MAJOR SHOCK + DEVASTATION the figures didn't match on what we agreed on. Gross capitalized cost was not even close to what we agreed on. Residual value was wrong. Total ripoff - sham. Went back to Sutherlin to get help (already four things wrong with the car). Talked to two managers and nothing positive happened, because we already signed the lease. Back to TRUST + HONESTY - Forget it we were Deceived, Lied to,Duped, Tricked,and Taken advantage of. What you agree on and was told that it was correct, you should be able to Trust and Believe in that person. Their not willing to help or rectify the situation. The entire experience lacks professionalism, integrity, honesty, trust, and good customer service. If you are looking to get treated with dignity and respect than seek another car dealership. More

I went to 3 dealershipsum before I went to Nissan and every dealership said no to me and my trade in I felt like giving up people can only take so muc I went to 3 dealershipsum before I went to Nissan and every dealership said no to me and my trade in I felt like giving up people can only take so much rejection none if the dealerships had to lime to talk and listen to my story they had horrible customer service Honda, carma, and Greenway all they wanted was more money and not to work with my budget this was all in in one day but I had faith I said you know what how about one more time and I saw Sutherlin NISSAN and when I parked the sweetest man came up to me and was so humble headley H Heath I called him the triple HHH of nisan because he took his time and walked around and see what can be a visible in my budget range it was a hard task I worked with him for 4 plus hours and he made it happen with Mark Llano from finance this man worked his magic I call him the magic man I kissed him and everything I been in this car process for a long time and to finally be relived and have a great car he got it for me with low monthly payments gave me a great deal on my trade in all I can say about SUTHERLIN NISSAN IS THAT I LOVE YOU ALL AND THANK YOU FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND KEEPING FAITH THAT I was going to leave with a new car and that's exactly what Nissan on east colonial and Chickasaw orlando fl 32825 did for me you have great employees and the best crew ever thank you for making this happen for me NOW I CAN SAY I AM A PROUD OWNER OF A 2012 NISSAN SENTRA WITH ONLY 48K ON IT...
