Liliana Crane, An Amazing Experience! So, I visited Sutherlin Nissan on Colonial Drive, Orlando because I was looking to trade in my 2006 Chrysler Town & Country. I was greeted by Liliana So, I visited Sutherlin Nissan on Colonial Drive, Orlando because I was looking to trade in my 2006 Chrysler Town & Country. I was greeted by Liliana Crane (sales) and make a long story short from beginning to end she was fantastic. I ended up driving a 2016 Nissan Sentra SV. From the minute I walked in to the minute I drove out, it was such an amazing overall experience. There was no wasted time. She made sure I understood and agreed to everything before signing. I recommend Sutherlin Nissan in Orlando to everyone and epanyone looking for a car. More

Worst dealer ever ! Worst business ever!! I understand that the dealer needs to make the best of each trade with the clients in order to keep the dealer operation; also I Worst business ever!! I understand that the dealer needs to make the best of each trade with the clients in order to keep the dealer operation; also I understand that I'm an adult who sign for a an agreement which I was supposed to be as much educated as possible about what I’m signing in. But, certainly, this was ripped off. I was tricked and overwhelmed by a bunch of numbers projected by one of the sales manager(Anthony) & sales rep (Alberto) of which I will end up paying nothing closer to what I expected & lured into take the 2016 Rouge S instead of the 2016 Rouge SV (the one we wanted) because under their eyes ' there wasn't no way in the world' to pay $450 for a 2016 rouge SV with a 709 credit score & no down payment. Surprisingly, after over 4 hours in the dealer, tired & hungry, agreed on the 2016 Rouge S which later realized THEY CHARGED/FINANCED ME $27,000 just for the car (without the extras); OVER $7K from the base price on any dealer. Of course, everybody knows that for that price you can have at least the 2016 rouge SV and maybe the SL on a great deal. But they masked all the numbers really good. Of course they got a financial manager (Sam) who either didn't care or let it slide. Anyway, by the time I came back to reclaim this to another Financial manager(Javier Acevedo), it was already too late because the only thing I heard from him was that I already sign the contract and he wasn't on the deal that day to determine the business agreements. Come on!! Someone has to do something about this. Got there hoping to pay $420-$450monthly. Ended up paying $500 and driving an extremely overpriced (over $34k) 2016 Rouge. Great job Southerlin Nissan in Orlando! More

My car was not ready upon delivery for I drove from Tampa so the sales representative drove the car all the way to Tampa for me and put me into a rental vehicle at no charge. I thought this was a plus VIP treatment and I really appreciate it and would consider buying another vehicle there again. More

He came up greeted me and asked what I was in the market for, I stated that I wasn't really looking and he understood and said if I needed help or had any questions that he'll be right there. I smiled and just kept walking around. I did ask him a few things and he was very knowledgable and very patient. He didn't brush me off like most sales people would. It was a refreshing experience and I'll definitely come back when I'm ready to purchase and I'll be telling my family about it. More
