The experience was simply horrible from the minute we walk in into the dealer until the second we left. Those people ruined my credit, first ask for nothing and at last minute keeping changing the amount to put as downpayment. They stated that Nissan was close and that they will call me back the very next day. We waited without any response from them. On Tuesday I was contacted by Mr Aaron D'Amico who is the Internet Sales Manager contacted me via telephone and email based on my inquire done on the website, he send me all the proper information I need it to meet him on the following Saturday 4/12/14 at 1pm. I went with my husband (he had previously bought a car from this dealership) as soon as we walked into the dealer we were welcomed all people were very customer/friendly oriented. This sales manager Aaron D'Amico along with Jonathon Santos made our trip to Nissan a beyond expectations. I was first a little skeptical about going back to a Nissan but after all that they did for us and how easy they made our purchase we now planning in going back there for all of our car shopping needs. Mr. D'Amico called me in less than 5 minutes and I went threw USAA and the True Car program. I entered two dealerships, Sutherlin and Bill Ray Nissan. Mr. D'Amico called me in less than 5 minutes and engaged me in a very informative phone conversation. The other dealership took 45 min to call me and then just offered to email me a quote. My decision which dealership to visit was easy to make. Mr. D'Amico and Mr. Castro were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Nobody likes parting with their hard earned money. The staff at Sutherlin made me feel welcomed and went out of their way to ease the anxiety of spending a lot of money.
