First of all, I normally dislike the whole "car buying routine". You get there, you find a car, then you deal with the normal, back and forth song and dance "let me see if I can give you the deal buying routine". I honestly did not expect my visit to be any different. Aaron, found me a vehicle within my teeny tiny, microscopic budget. A car I didn't even originally want to consider. He as able to get me a great deal on a brand spanking new Xterra. I also felt that I got a square deal on my trade in (AKA The Blue Bomber). I like the fact that the staff is diverse, people were smiling and focused on their customers. These guys work hard!! I have a new appreciation. My daughter is coming home from college in January and will need a car. I know where I will be going to find that car.....Aaron at Sutherlin. One less thing to worry about. I was actually there to see someone else that i was recommended to but with the type of greeting i was greeted with, made me forget about the other guy. Right off the back we started talking about what kind of car i needed for my wife and the price range i was looking for. We looked at about 3 cars before he showed me the Kia Soul which is the car i purchased. I fell in love with the car and i knew it would be perfect for my wife, which she loved. Through out the whole time i was treated not just as a buyer, but i felt very comfortable as if he were a friend for a long time. the process took a little long, but it was not Jonathan Mercados' fault. After i got approved for the vehicle, the processor took his time to explain everything to me. The experience was excellent!!!!! I would recommend this dealer ship to all my friends. I am actually going back to trade in my other car for a newer one in the coming weeks.
