My husband and I decided to visit a dealership on a whim due to the fact that we needed a more reliable car. It had been years since we had visited a dealership and even considered a newer car. Tabitha greeted us with complete professionalism and kindness. We explained to her that we only had a trade-in, no down, and bad credit. She completely understood our situation and went above and beyond to help us. We walked out with a new used 2012 Altima and was lucky enough to win the grand prize on the wheel. My husband and I are extremely happy with Sutherlin Nissan. It was a good whim that we visited and couldn't have asked for a more perfect sales associate. More
Sutherlin Nissan is horrible. The General and Finance Managers are rude, arrogant and disrespectful. The receptionist openly made derogatory comments about another customer in our presence and continued Managers are rude, arrogant and disrespectful. The receptionist openly made derogatory comments about another customer in our presence and continued to rant to another employee after we indicated that she was overheard. The General Manager walked away from us in the middle of a conversation to take a personal call on his cell phone and to smoke a cigarette just outside the showroom in plain sight. The Finance Manager, Issa, did something similar with a "supposed" call from the bank on his cell phone. Past experiences with other dealerships for car purchases were never handled in this manner. Sutherlin is truly unprofessional. The only person that treated us with any respect and has tried to be helpful was our salesman, Ronnie Pereira. The others should take his example as their guideline for great customer service. Overall, we have been trying to complete a transaction that began on Sat., 9/28. It is now Thurs, Oct. 3rd, and we still have no closure. What we get from the dealership is anything from no response to avoidance stating whomever is out-of-the-office. We feel we are being given the runaround. We will be persistent until the loan documents are corrected and the repair to the directional system of the purchased car has been completed. It's all about the bottom line and their monthly sales quotas and obviously less or no concern for good customer service and responsible merchandising. I would never recommend Sutherlin Nissan to any of my friends or associates. This whole experience has been one continued headache and aspirin can't give us relief. More

From our first conversation Aaron was very professional and provided us with accurate information regarding the details of our purchase of the 2013 Juke. The day we arrived to purchase the car Aaron met us at the door and made the process very easy. He took care of all details about our purchase in a timely manner. He made sure the car was ready on time and that all of the details about it's operation were clear to us. As a favor to me he also washed out other Juke. The finance office at Sutherlin proved to also be very friendly. They made sure we understood the best way to finance the vehicle. They also helped us find an old tag which was available for use on the new vehicle. This saved us a few hundred dollars on the whole deal. The price given us by Aaron was very competitive and agreed with the most popular automobile buying sites, so we felt the price was fair from the very beginning, no haggling was needed to get to a reasonable price. We also worked with the service department to schedule the addition of a spoiler to the Juke. The folks in service were also very helpful, and friendly. We won an iPod shuffle, just missed a cruise by a quarter of an inch. When I am ready for my next Juke I hope Arron and Sutherlin are still around. More

We went to three other car dealers prior to our visit to Sutherlin Nissan-Orlando. We walked out of the first two dealerships due to unfriendly sales tactics used by their sales staff. The third used bogus vehicle advertisement to lure us to their sales lot. I understand the need for the dealerships to make as much money as possible. It is just business. The sales tactics used cost resulted in 12 hours of unpleasantness. We were on the verge ending our new car due to being physically and mentally exhausted. Our visit to Sutherlin was predicated on numerous email interactions with Sutherlin's Internet sales staff (Aaron D'Amico). After driving 150 miles to Orlando, we arrived at the new Sutherlin location and was impressed by the appearance of the new location. Mr. D'Amico was waiting for our arrival and immediately escorted us to the location (over 20 acres) where the vehicles were located. After visually inspecting the 2014 and 2013 models, we returned to discuss the purchase price. D'Amico went to extremes to provide the financial workups for each model and each year. NO SALES GAMES, NO SALES GIMMICKS. Just personable service provided without duress. Mr. D'Amico provided us with the all inclusive "true" car price. No hidden fees, add ons, or surprise dealer costs. Just the total out the door cost. Did we leave with a new car? Absolutely! Will we buy our next car from Mr. D'Amico and Sutherlin Nissan? Absolutely. Many car dealerships sell cars, but no dealership does it any better than Mr. D'Amico and Sutherlin Nissan-Orlando.
