I was recently in the market for a car. The sales guy seemed knowledgeable about the cars. I had mentioned to him that I still wanted to test drive other cars before making my final decision. This seemed to not matter the minute we went inside, the manager started the typical thug-like high pressure tactics. They were practically forcing me to buy the car on the spot, even though I told them I hadn't made my decision. After test driving the other cars I decided to go with the New Altima. I made the purchase at Universal Nissan because they seemed to make my needs more of a priority. The sales guy at Sutherlin Nissan was nice and he did not earn my business because of his manager. Mr. Hollen is a Service Advisor and one of the best customer service providers that I have ever encountered. From my first contact to the last, he was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. At every step of a very serious service issue with my 2008 Nissan Sentra, Mr. Hollen explained the process and kept me informed of the process. He seemed truly interested in me as a cutomer and a person, not just another "number", like I've experienced elsewhere. It's also obvious that he is loyal to Nissan and to the Sutherlin dealership. I'll always ask for Mr. Hollen for future service and maintenance needs. This is my third Nissan. I've owned a Stanza, an Altima and my current Sentra.
