While reading your notes, I do want to apologize for the time it took to complete the Maintenance for your Lexus and I assure you I will be addressing not taking your time into account. We truly value our customer's time and do not want it wasted. I also noted the cost of a Maintenance Visit and assure you that we check our Competitors regularly to ensure we are very much in line and mostly less expensive on all of our Service Products. I can honestly reply that as our Costs have dramatically increased, we have tried very hard to ensure we can absorb as much of the increase as possible, but sometimes we do have to pass a portion of our increases to the customer......I apologize for that and assure you it is a last resort. I do hope you will consider giving Suttle Motors another chance. Jim
