The mechanic forgot to put the dipstick back in after my oil change so I had to take my car all the back to Suttle to have the oil and filter recharged and to be sure they didn't think there was any oil spi oil change so I had to take my car all the back to Suttle to have the oil and filter recharged and to be sure they didn't think there was any oil spillage ( this was done per my request because I did not like knowing if debris had gotten in the line). I had to figure out why my check engine light was on after just having the car pass inspection and an oil change. It was frustrating . This was the second time something has not been done properly by the mechanic there. I do have to say that both times the service manager has been very helpful getting the problems corrected. I appreciate that. Just hope I can trust the mechanic as I have always taken my car to where I bought it for service. More
Excellent and Shelby is the absolute best. However, i waited for 2.5 hours for just an oil change and rotation because the mechanic had to stop working on my vehicle because inspectors had him However, i waited for 2.5 hours for just an oil change and rotation because the mechanic had to stop working on my vehicle because inspectors had him drop everything to look at something. I DID NOT appreciate that. Need to figure out when inspectors come they need to come when the mechanic is on that actual vehicle. Inspectors had no respect for me as a customer or my vehicle getting done in a timely manner. That part of the service was UNACCEPTABLE More

I was able to easily make my appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived. I enjoyed waiting and having a great cup of coffee.
