We purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Overland 44,000 on July 8 2021. After a few days we were having major problems with the front brakes. Asked to speak to a manager gave me to Erica who come to find out is just a sales person. She told me I would have to speak to the GM who was on vacation and would call me back Thursday when he got back. Never returned my call. Posted another review on google and 2 days later got a response to call and speak to Dan the GM. so I did and guess who the operator was yep Erica. Asked to speak to Dan and of course he wasn't in and would call me back. Still waiting for a return call. Very poor customer service. I ended up changing the brakes myself the front rotors and pads were shot. Can't believe they would sell a vehicle with brakes this bad. This is the second vehicle we bought from them never again.
