Sometimes you worry that if the price is so good, maybe the car isn't. The cars we looked at were in great shape, mechanically sound and very clean. The car buying process has changed so much due to pricing availability on the internet. Berman has used this to their advantage by pricing their cars right, which gets you in the door and then they fairly and painlessly come to a deal. Our salesman, Steve Pickett, was warm, friendly and informative. The car buying process can be stressful and he certainly put us at ease. In fact, he went above and beyond. When we realized the next day we had left our CD's in the changer of our trade in, he retrieved them and sent them back to us. When we realized the day after that we left our city sticker on, well you know what he did. Overall, this dealership delivers a clean, well run, inviting environment that is serious and realistic about selling you a car. I will recommend it to my friends. More
