Was told truck would be done on Monday got there on Tuesday with a ferry to catch and truck was not done ! The attendant was polite, informative, and responsive to my personal circumstances. I had to drive four hours to dealership and four hours home. The service I received was exemplary from the time I arrived, to the picking up of my vehicle. Nathan was very helpful in getting the appropriate services coordinated, the shuttle driver was timely in g arrived, to the picking up of my vehicle. I purchased a new 2024 Chevy Blazer EV and I have been experiencing several problems. I called to make an appointment and set it up for October 7. I had an another technical question so I called their ser experiencing several problems. I called to make an appointment and set it up for October 7. I had an another technical question so I called their service department and left 4 messages before they called me back 3 days later. When I was discussing the issue I told them I had an appointment on October 7 and she said there was no way they could get me in on that day and that the service appointments are made in Las Vegas and they don’t know what’s going on here in Anchorage. I explained that I live down on the Kenai peninsula and had already made a hotel reservation and she said there’s nothing we can do about that. Now I’m out $140 and can’t get the car in until October 29. Very frustrating!!! More
