Walking into a dealership is always a intimidating expierience. I was pleasently suprised when The General Manager Scott shook my hand introduced himself and walked my wife and I over to Marty. Marty was very pleasent and wanted to malke sure My wife and I were happy. I kept waiting for the oh I thought we could be we can't or the Famous upsell. It did not happen Marty truly wanted us to be happy. I kept thinking to myself can this be true? Is it really going to be this smooth? Then Marty introduced us to Finance. The Dreaded Finance Armen. I thought Oh No Here we Go I am going to get hammered by Finance. Much to my Suprise I was florred at Armen's willingness for My wife and I just to be happy. No upsell and everything Marty and Scott said were true. They never tried to even change my deal. It turned out I owed $500 more than we thought on my trade. Instead of asking me for it the dealership gave me an extra $500 for my trade. They truly made this a wonderful expierience.
