I'd give zero if possible. They do not want any business. We live in Thousand Oaks, about a month ago we went to the dealership to check out a Honda Pilot. My husband still wanted the car, and it was still on the lot at end of the yr. So, we went thru the website, only to have a pretty bad disrespectful salesperson respond thru text--we then received a weird call from another person there as an "appt setter." Called back got voicemail. Told them we aren't looking to be "sold to," we want to test drive and then decide what we want to do. My husband figured we could just go to the lot. We got there, and same thing--totally ignored us, we circled the lot, went inside twice. We both felt "ick," from the experience. My hubs decided no thanks to buying anything here--it actually had him find a better upgraded package. He went to the lot in the valley; salesperson helped him immediately, not pushy and now my hubs PAID CASH and bought a new Pilot from a different lot. Would never recommend Swickard to anyone. More
Reliance upon internet software for customer communication was extremely annoying and disfunctional. The service rep and shuttle driver were nice. I have a very good experience with Honda of Thousand Oaks. I had to do a recall repair on my 2018 Accord. It was very easy to get an appointment, Juan was great, good communications, repair was done on Oaks. I had to do a recall repair on my 2018 Accord. We absolutely loved it there. Chris went out of his way to accommodate us, he wasn’t pushy. He listened to us. And we drove off with my third Honda that we have leased from them.
