Ordered a hard to get RAV4 Hybrid that was scheduled to arrive between 27 Nov and early Dec. It was twice delayed due to known Covid delays with truckers at Ports, but they kept me informed. Beeta was an amazing salesperson to work with. She honest, fun, and made the experience easy. The person who managed my financing could use some training. He said average repairs now cost $2500, parts come from suppliers in China, and even his manger’s cars touchscreen failed and cost over 2k… had I not had familiarity with Toyota, warranties and repairs, and that this was a novice sales tactic, I would have backed out of my deal.
