Paul – Good afternoon. Interesting to get a response from the DealerRater site. As a bit of background – • I purchased my 2020 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab from Magic Toyota a little over a year ago. Overall a good sales experience. • Came to Swickard to purchase a RAV4 Hybrid. After my less than stellar purchasing experience, I tried emailing one of your sale managers using your website. I got zero response. • I was in a week or so later for an oil change on my Tacoma, and once again tried emailing one of the sales managers. Even told them I was onsite, and would be willing to meet. Zero response once again. • The capper was when I picked up the Tacoma, I was told that work had been done on my truck (tires rotated) when in fact they could not have been as I had the wheel locks in place. When I called the dealership to inquire about this, I was told my service advisor would call me back. No one ever responded. So, this was one of the more poor customer service experiences I have ever had. And I don’t expect the absolute best – people are people – but I do tend to expect a response when I reach out and am told I will be called back.
