My sales rep was solid but her sales manager was extremely frustrating to work with. I was low balled on my trade in comparison to other dealerships so had to spend time and energy negotiating to a extremely frustrating to work with. I would give zero stars if this were an option. They forced me to pay for dent and theft coverage that should be OPTIONAL. They charged $1000 for it. They will low ball you on your trade. I was offered $3000 more for my trade at another dealer. They are extremely high pressure sales. They will have you sign a BLANK digital agreement. Very shady place. I did not get a good deal and I regret my purchase from this dealership. Do not give them your money. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Washington state does not have a 3 day cool off period or a buyers remorse clause. I checked because I wanted to return the vehicle as soon as I got home that day away from the pressure of the sales team. More

I had a great experience at Swickard Toyota today. Because my family is leaving on a road trip in a couple of weeks, I had set up an oil change express service appointment. The a couple of days ago another driver side-swiped me! I was pretty sure most of the damage on the passenger side was cosmetic, but wanted to be sure there were no underlying road-worthiness issues. As part of the service visit Brandon H. and his team were able to assure me that there were no safety issues. This was a relief because it will be difficult to schedule the repair work before we leave. More
